Points négatifs: wifi catastrophique, il fait froid dans la salle de bain car le chauffe serviette est trop petit.

This hotel staffs were all nice and kind. Most of staffs can speak English very well. They have their own parking lot for the guests, but we had to pay per night. Parking lot entrance was so narrow. They don’t clean our room everyday. Otherwise, we request to clean our room, but you have to pay for cleaning. Also , they have towels , but if you need more , you have to pay extras. When we took a subway, we had to walk about 10-15 minutes to the station. It was not that bad because we can find several nice bakeries near by.

It should be noted that all the previous reviews on here are of the hotel before recent renovations. ||The hotel and room itself are fine, there’s nothing that makes it particularly special but served our purpose as a base. The remodel makes the room much nicer than the old photos portray it, see attached photos for what it looks like now (baring in mind they were taken after a week in the room!) ||The staff were very helpful and nice, offering assistance in English for when we needed it! ||There is a wonderful boulangerie (bakery) and supermarket just down the road which is where we got our breakfast each morning. ||The hotel being on the outskirts of Paris means it is still accessible by metro 8, and in reach of a zone 2 station which means you can easily get a daily or weekly metro pass to travel around the city of lights at anytime for a lower cost! So make sure to walk the extra 3 mins to Charenton-Écoles station to be in zone 2. ||All in all we had a wonderful time but the only downsides to staying here are the lack of pillows as there were only two in the room and made our necks go a bit funny. Plus we were only given two toilet rolls for a week. But apart from that it’s a nice hotel despite what past reviews say. (Don’t worry about noise complaints as the new glazed windows have fixed that!)

J'ai dormi 3 nuits et emplacement sympa à St Maurice plutôt tranquille ... service agréable et appartement assez grand pour le prix.
Par contre notre douche était sale donc à améliorer car sinon les lieux sont assez neuf

Très bel hôtel, le personnel était vraiment gentil. Le studio était plutôt grand, pratique et fonctionnel. Le prix du parking n'est pas excessif (attention aux grosses et/ou longues voitures, l'accès n'est vraiment pas large). L'emplacement était parfait. 10 minutes à pieds d'une station de métro. Gros et seul bémol : le wifi était inexistant. Impossible de se connecter malgré l'intervention du personnel d'accueil.

Une chambre très calme avec un très grand lit et une literie de qualité.
Un évier, un frigo dans la chambre, des couverts et le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes.

I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this one was just bad.

Location: Not bad! It's outside of the city but the area is interesting enough with plenty of shops and access to buses.

Building/Amenities: The building entrance is kinda creepy and doesn't look very good/welcoming. There's no vending machines at all. The hallway carpets are dirty and have stains.

Room: The bedroom itself was perfectly fine. The view was of the highway but it wasn't a bad view. The kitchen was also clean and worked well.

Bathroom: This is 0/5 and the reason I'm leaving this review. It stinked SO bad and I suspect it was from the shower drain. I tried to air out the bathroom but the smell was strong still after 3 days. ON TOP OF THAT, the shower door is terrible. It's two doors that swing open that are supposed to latch together (already a dumb design), but the doors DID NOT LATCH close. They kept swinging open while showering which got the floor wet. It was absolutely frustrating. Also the toilet wasn't cleaned that well.

If you don't get a terrible bathroom and don't need amenities or anything, it's a fine place.
