I stayed at FOR RENT LEUVEN during my final project for 4 months begin 2024. My studio was compact, well maintained and comfortable. Also it was fully furnished and equipped with kitchen materials and bed linen, where no other landlord was willing to offer me short term period rental and full equipment they really helped me a lot. My landlord Erika was always available for helping me sort out things during my stay also after office hours. Would definitely recommend and come back to here.

Our daughter found a studio through For Rent Leuven, and we couldn’t have been happier with her time there. The studio was cozy and well-designed, providing everything she needed for her studies and daily life. It was in a perfect location—close to campus and just a short walk to the Oude Markt, supermarket and bus stop, making it really convenient. The neighbourhood is safe and easy to reach, also for parents who come to visit by car, which added to the overall comfort.

Overall, her experience living there was wonderful, and the rental process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the availability of the landlord.

I rented this house for 1 year, and overall, I had a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities, shops.The house itself was modern with the amenities. The landlord was helpful/responsive and the house was well-maintained. It was a pleasant place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Not the best experience i had the room was tiny and dirty. On top of that It has been 40+ days that i left and the owner never replied to my emails for my deposit ( completely unprofessional ).

Update 19/09/24:
Finally the owner replied after a lot of emails telling me that i have to pay +240€ for the electricity bill ( for 40 days) which i didn’t understand why since i was going to the university every day but accepted because their was no point in discussing further. And on top of that (the worst part),
Based on the contract:
° Deposit Refund: As per Article 6 of our rental contract, the final calculation and refund of the deposit can take up to three months due to factors such as waiting for meter readings or external calculations.

I left 14/06/24. Today is 19/09/24 and i didn't even had a reply to my reminder emails.

Nette, praktisch en mooi ingerichte studio op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum van Leuven. Communicatie met verhuurder verliep vlot en zeer correct. Zeker een aanrader!
