Chambre avec une isolation très médiocre. On entend tout le voisinage !! C'est vraiment le point noir de cet hôtel. L'accueil par le gérant est très professionnel. Literie assez confort.le point positif son emplacement proche du métro Garibaldi. Ça dépanne voilà tout mais surtout les gens n'ont aucun savoir vivre! Ça rigole, ça appel a pas d'heure avec le HP. Franchement c'est inadmissible !

Pas trop cher mais ça ne vaut pas plus à mon avis. Chambres très petites avec le minimum nécessaire, le tout un peu désuet. Isolation phonique limite. Propreté limite...
Emplacement intéressant près du métro Garibaldi ou mairie de Saint Ouen.

Un hôtel disons normal sans strass et paillettes mais qui donne un avantage important sur l'emplacement. La ligne 13 est proche, elle permet d'accéder à se nombreux lieux touristiques. Douches et toilettes sur le pallier. L'hygiène y était convenable.

Booked via Booking. There was a problem with a payment the day I arrived. I fixed the card data and messaged them asking what's wrong.
I got no response. 30 minutes (!) after the initial problem I went to the hotel.
They said my booking was canceled and someone else booked my room in the meantime. Nothing I could do. Left in Paris without a place to stay.

I wouldn't complain if I got ANY information about cancellation before or if they tried to contact me at least!

The man in the reception tried to help suggesting another hotel. Little + for that.

Booking also hasn't done the best job, but it's another story...

Arrivée tard dans la nuit, chambre en apparence faite, poils sur la table, dans le lavabo et en tirant les draps je suis tombé sur le nid!!!
Je ne sais pas qui a dormi avant moi mais le ménage à pas été fait!!! Nous sommes partis dans la foulée...
Hyper déçu... Ça donne une bonne image de Paris...

We were three families visiting Paris for few days at the beginning of Summer. We found this place through booking.com where reviews was quite good but surprisingly not much reviews in trip advisor. We still took a chance and booked it. It turned out to be quite good!||||The place is the on a main road in St- Ouen quarter in Paris. Easily reachable by public transport (Metro station is few hundred meters away). ||||The staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were clean and we did have a good time here. Although the hotel seemed quite big and full, it was a no frills place, basic but very efficient. Check in-out was handled very well considering we were a large group and seeking out non standard timings. ||||Glad we found this reasonably priced good accommodation in Paris.

We booked for one night, and the price it shows was super cheap. We thought we got luck, but it turns out they put the wrong price on the website. Instead of telling us they made a mistake (we’re willing to pay more if they communicate with us), they canceled our stay one week before and tell us we’re dreaming. They didn't even use English. They scolded us in French. SO FREAKING RUDE. I would give 0 star if Google let me.

inadmissible! Nous sommes passé par booking pour réserver 1 mois à l'avance, 120€ pour deux nuits. une semaine avant notre arrivé, notre réservation est annulée. nous appelons booking, qui nous dit qu'ils ne sont qu'un site de mise en relation, et seul le gérant a la main pour annuler les réservation. le gérant doit nous rappeler sous 12h... nous attendons toujours son appel. désormais les deux nuits sont à 290€. Merci d'avoir annulé notre réservation pour doubler votre gain!
