Séjour de 4 jours entre amis, nous louons souvent des appartements et nous n’avons jamais eu un logement aussi bien que celui de la Résidence botanique à Bruxelles ! Spacieux, extrêmement propre, décoré avec un goût très sûr, des attentions pour notre arrivée (grignotages, capsules de café, kit d’entretien, articles de toilette) Notre coordinatrice Has a été formidable ! Un arrangement trouvé pour la voiture (arrivée prévue en train annulée à cause de la grève française) au dernier moment … Dans un environnement aussi agréable, il est très facile de profiter à fond de Bruxelles ! Un séjour parfait ! Merci pour tout, j’ai déjà donné l’adresse à d’autres amis 😉

Je recommande fortement ! Spacieux, propre, la décoration magnifique et le service au TOP. Merci à la coordinatrice Has qui a pris soin de nous. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentez comme à la maison! 🙂 10/10!

We spent 3 nights in one of their apartments and it was amazing.
Very clean, modern furniture and appliances, nicely decorated throughout, spacious and luminous.
You could really feel like in a dream home.
Much appreciated service overall.
Definitely a great choice when visiting Brussels.

My wife and I stayed in apartment 6A and were very impressed with the cleanliness and space. The apartment is located near the metro which made it a good base to explore the city from. Communication from the hosts was useful throughout, and a cot, high chair and toys were provided for our baby which was fantastic. We would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Brussels, whether for work or fun!

This was my 3rd trip to the legendary Reggae Geel Festival and whilst searching online for somewhere to stay in Brussels I came across R213 Residences, which looked like great apartments even if it was a 10 min subway journey to the city centre.

The apartments well very well presented and had all of the creature comforts and then some that one could hope for in a short-, medium- or long-term stay, the beds were super comfortable and a range of medium to firm pillows were provided which is so important to ensure a good nights or days sleep.

We were met at the property by our hosts and given access codes to the property and the respective rooms, which had an amazing amount of space and were some of the largest apartments that I have stayed in anywhere in the World, including the USA which is renowned for its super-size in all things.

Both of our apartments had great views and clean and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, which as a seasoned traveller, I can tell you is a really important standard for any apartment or hotel room to meet as a minimum to ensure a pleasant stay.

I would highly recommend R213 Residences in the Botanique district of Brussels, with a well-stocked supermarket literally 5 mins walk away and the Botanique subway stop a 10 min walk away.

Our hosts Serge and Has stayed in contact during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and that all our needs were met and catered for, thank you very much guys for all of your support and hosting us so graciously. We look forward to seeing you next year for Reggae Geel 2024!

23/27 EKİM 2023 tarihlerinde misafirleri olduk. Yurt dışında hiç bir otelde bu kadar rahat etmemiştim. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Kendi evimde yaşadığım rahatlığı bulmak çok güzeldi. Lokasyon olarak ulaşım açışından son derece uygundu. Brüksel'e tekrar gidersem yine burayı tercih ederim. İşleticilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum.
Eklemek istediğim bir şey daha var. Ben çok uzun yazamadım ama diğer yorumlarda anlatılan her detay doğru. Tekrar teşekkürler.

Wir wurden von Ellie herzlich empfangen. Sie war sehr nett und führte uns durch das Apartment. Die Einrichtung war super schön. Die Innenstadt war fußläufig und zum Bahnhof Bruxelles nord läuft man ca. 15 min. Abends hört man zwar die Straßenbahn und oft Sirenen, jedoch ist dies nicht zu sehr störend. Man bekommt einen Tag vor der Anreise die Handynummer von der Betreuerin und sie war auch am Wochenende für uns erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Reise nach Antwerpen mit dem Zug ab Bruxelles nord. In der Straße hinter dem Haus sind viele türkische Läden. Perfekt um sich Gebäck für das Frühstück zu holen. Alternativ gibt es 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
