It was a good experience. I thought we could only check in in the afternoon, but we were able to check in several hours early. The front desk was very friendly, but if you need water, you have to buy it yourself. The room was clean, but a little dusty, but I feel that there is a lot of dust in Paris. If you need room service, you have to contact the front desk yourself. Everything else is good, but it is a little far from the subway station, and you need to cross a difficult residential and commercial area. Overall, it's pretty good!

I spent 3 nights during the Easter holidays and my experience was really good. Rooms are really good compared to ibis and co.
They don't have many vegetarian food options on the menu otherwise they serve good coffee
Service from the staff are the best you can get, they are really helpful with your queries and needs.

About the location, it's good for the people with car but the ones depending on public transport it's well connected via M1. But the direction from the metro stop to the hotel is very confusing/weird so come during day time if you are coming for the first time. Or just call the hotel, which I did and they guided me through.

During my stay, if I was late like after 10ish I preferred to go one stop ahead with Metro (La Defence) and take a taxi from there to the hotel as it felt more safe that way (just my feeling), this was costing 12-15 euros but gave me safe feeling. at the end I was paying way less from my stay so didn't bother me to put up that extra cash.

J'ai passé plusieurs jours dans cet établissement pour le travail, je l'ai trouvé très bien. La salle de sports est un + non négligeable que j'aie pu apprécier tous les matins! Le personnel est top, j'ai juste trouvé que les chambres, bien que très moderne et bien agencé, étaient quand même petites et manquaient un peu de rangement. On se monte vite dessus dans une chambre pour deux personnes.
Je garde malgré tout un très bon ressenti de mon séjour.

Très bon accueil au sein de cet hôtel. Personnel vraiment agréable et très serviable! Chambre au top très confortable et cuisine moderne très fonctionnelle. Tout était parfait!

Nice aparthotel, connected to the city by a 10 min walk + M1 metro. Rooms were clean & had all necessary utilities. Breakfast spread was filling - they had bread, egg, fruits, beverages and bread spreads. Reception folk were always present & helpful.

The hotel had a great vibe from the very beginning and it further confirmed it with the friendliness of the staff. Always patient, ready to help, and even making some well-timed jokes now again. ||||The rooms are just what you need and more with a kitchen if you decide to buy stuff and heat it in the morning. The coffee machine with capsules was a god sent and a great way to start the morning.||||Breakfast was also available for a fee but we preferred to go to the local bakeries and get some bakes goodies that only the French can do. ||||

Je recommande 100 pour 100, et pourtant... Personnellement j ai pas du tout aime l emplacement. L hôtel est bien si vous êtes de passage, mais il y a un défaut énorme, absolument pas de place pour ranger ses vêtements, même dans une grande chambre. Pour un long séjour de deux mois comme moi, c est gênant, mais pas trop pour quelques jours. A part ça, très bien, et surtout un staff extrêmement professionnel et agréable. Je vis dans des hôtels plus de 300 jours par an partout dans le monde, j écris cette review juste pour souligner que les employés sont exceptionnels, vraiment toujours prêts a rendre service, efficaces, et très sympathiques, au delà de la relation commerciale. Et finalement c est le plus important non?

Tout simplement parfait pour un petit séjour sur Paris, venu pour un concert à la Défense Arena, nous sommes restés deux nuits. Tout était très clean, très beau, c'est nickel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la petite cuisine si besoin. Il y a un parking à 25€ la journée en sous sol de l'hôtel. Le seul bémol a été que nous avons eu vraiment trop chaud au point d'ouvrir les fenêtres! Impossible de baisser le chauffage en dessous de 21° et nous avions l'impression qu'il faisait beaucoup plus chaud que ça!
