Excellent service and hospitality?
I have been going to Villa Bellagio every year since 2021, the service and the staff kindness never changed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the amazing reception staff with a smile willing to help us check in. Rooms are nice, clean & cozy.
The chambermaids did an outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned.
Great location, easy commute to the city centre, close to the first leader cancer-research hospital in Europe Gustave Roussy institute.
Definitely recommend the Villa Bellagio.
Thank you to the management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service.

Fair place if you need to stay close to gustave roussy hospital .. there is a near supermarket called Coccinelle Express and a laundry also a pharmacy within like 9 minutes of walking.. there is a bus station also .. all in all .. it is okay for gustave patients .. not for tourists

First of all, thank you to all the negative reviews on trip advisor. Those reviews set my expectations pretty low when we booked this hotel||I can't speak for everyone else's experience. I can only say what my experience was at this hotel.||We had a reservation at another hotel in the Republique area of Paris. That reservation was not honored and the booking company found Villa Bellagio at the last minute. ||||#1-LOCATION- We got very lost trying to find it. Please make sure you put in the entire address and you may want to use the one that starts with the number 30. This hotel is not in Paris! It's in the suburb of Villejuif. The wonderful thing is that there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. Most of the buses connect with a nearby metro station (which you can take into Paris) and can even take you to the train that goes to Versailles. We became acclimated to the commute fairly quickly. The hotel is also about a mile or so away from the main thoroughfare where you will find eateries and a mall. ||||#2- SERVICE- Everyone was super nice to us. As I said before we got very lost trying to find our way there. When we finally arrived it was 2am and we were bone tired. We walked in and showed Sammy our passports and he handed over the key and that was it. The next day we weren't going to make the bike tour we had scheduled and the young lady at the front desk let us call the company to reschedule. The staff also helped us wash clothes and gave us advice for how to get around. They were so helpful. I really appreciate them so much. ||||#3- ROOMS- So the rooms aren't great. But they were perfectly serviceable. They also have features that came in handy. Our room had a kitchenette with stove, microwave, faucet and sink, dishwasher, and cupboards with dishes. The room was also very large compared with the one we left in Paris. The bed isn't the comfiest but after a long day of sight-seeing, it wasn't much of an issue. Our bathroom had been refurbished. The shower was amazing. Amazing fixture with amazing pressure. One of the highlights of that particular room was the shower. ||||NEED TO KNOW- I don't believe the rooms are cleaned daily. I do think the trash is emptied daily though. If you need extra towels, just ask at the front desk. Ask about doing laundry at the front desk too. ||||Please remember that this is a budget hotel outside of Paris. It's not fancy. My review reflects my expectations and my experience. I didn't expect a five-star resort. For a budget hotel, it was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was not horrible. We upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which I am glad we did. The tower is far away, but it is clear that is what it is and the light show at night can easily be seen. ||The room was quaint, nice shower and sink area with toilet closet. There was a kitchenette, fridge and a small table. Outside of a place to hang clothes there was absolutely no place to put your clothing. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The bed was very firm and pillows were comfy. ||We opened the doors to the balcony and were attacked by pigeons looking for food, but once we figured out we could open the door and just not stand in it, we were good. We could not leave the door open at night because there is a highway that runs right next to the hotel that is extremely loud at all hours of the day and night with large trucks, sirens, and other loud vehicular sounds. In fact, just the door being ajar produced enough sound to prevent sleep. Finally, the balcony was covered in pigeon excrement and that is the limit of my complaint about the room. ||The property has full-time tenants in apartments or rather other rooms. This was not an issue as everyone was friendly, but just know that people live there. ||The lobby and staff were as friendly and accommodating as could be and just super nice. ||The hotel is FAR away from all of the action and frankly we spent more money on transportation to all the action than it would have cost to just rent a more expensive hotel within walking distance of any of the attractions. ||The address is also not clear as Google Maps took us to some industrial part of the city via train, then we jumped a cab to a second location that was not the hotel, only after the cab driver called the hotel and got a description from the front desk as to the location was he able to find it. ||||In summary, this place is WAY TOO FAR away from anywhere you want to be when you come to Paris. It has serious noise issues, but it is a relatively nice place. Lastly, the permanent residents, while friendly is still a bit uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the receptionists were nice and helpful. The only bad things were that the elevator never seemed to work, which wasn't so bad for us because we had our room at the 1st floor, but there were also 3 other floors. The other thing was, that the hotel has not the best connections to the city. There is no metro or train station nearby. You are basically dependent on the bus that goes to Laplace. The bad thing about that, is that you can't stay out too late if you wanted, because the last bus comes at around 12.30 p.m. All in all a good choice if your budget is limited and if you want to be more self sufficient in Paris
